The DePaul Blue Demons return home on Sunday to take on the Seton Hall Pirates. The Blue Demons are coming off a two-game road trip in which they lost at Butler and then nearly upset UConn on Wednesday night. The Blue Demons led by 14 against the Huskies, but gave up the lead halfway through the second half and then lost 72-61. The loss dropped them to 10-12 overall and 1-10 in the Big East. They have more wins then they did last year and are much more competitive in games, but they haven’t been able to get over the hump and get conference wins. Jacob Meyer is leading hte team in scoring at 12.0 points per game, while CJ Gunn is second at 11.9 points per game. NJ Benson is leading the team in rebounding at 5.8 per game and is fourth in scoring at 8.6 points per game.
