NFL 2020 Week 7 Preview: Schedule & How to Watch Live

Derrick Henry and the Titans are running away with the AFC South. Can they keep it rolling in the Week 7 headliner against Pittsburgh Steelers?

So far in Week 7, there have not been any games that have been postponed or rescheduled. That has been rare this season and we will knock on wood in hopes of keeping it that way. Week 7 is full of great matchups between teams that are in the thick of playoff contention. These are the games we are looking forward to most.

Sunday morning has a slate of two of the AFC’s undefeated teams as the Tennessee Titans will face the Pittsburgh Steelers. This game was supposed to be played several weeks ago, but was postponed due to the Titans having many COVID-19 cases. It was the first game of the season to be rescheduled. Those positive tests so far have not slowed down the Titans. They are undefeated and are looking like they are going to run away with the AFC South.

Literally run away. Derrick Henry is still reigning as King Henry with the most rushing attempts in the NFL (123), the most rushing yards (588) and the second most touchdowns in the league (6). This is all while the Titans have played one less game than most other teams. He was the main reason the Titans came back in OT against the Houston Texans last week scoring the winning touchdown.

The Titans face the Steelers who are also undefeated and who just made a mockery of their in-state rival Philadelphia Eagles. To be fair, almost every team is doing that to the Eagles this season but this Steelers defense is elite. On the opposite side of the ball, they may not be as prolific as they were with Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell, but with Ben Roethlisberger healthy they are back to their winning ways. This very well could be a preview of a game deep into the AFC Playoffs.

What TV Channel is the NFL on?

You can tune into NFL matchups this season via the following channels:

  • CBS
  • ESPN
  • FOX
  • NBC
  • NFL Network
  • RedZone from NFL Network

Possibly the other best matchup is in the NFC, between the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals showed they can hang in the very competitive NFC West as their defense is matching their prolific offense, especially when they force so many turnovers like they did against the Dallas Cowboys last week.

They’re going to need that same defense to stop this prolific Seahawks offense led by MVP frontrunner Russell Wilson. They already have some of the best receivers in the game in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, but that isn’t stopping them from trying to sign the beleaguered Antonio Brown. If they make that signing, this division might not be that competitive any more.

Now is the time for the Cardinals to jump if they are going to compete for this division title. Either way, they look like a playoff team after just one season after they picked first in the 2019 draft. That’s how impactful Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins have been to the city of Phoenix. A stomping of the injury laden Cowboys is one thing. Let’s see if they have what it takes to truly be elite in this league by beating the Seahawks.
