The San Francisco 49ers visit the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon in the regular season finale for both teams. The 49ers came into the season as one of the favorites to win the NFC after going to the Super Bowl last year, but they have struggled through most of the season and come into Sunday just 6-10 on the season. Injuries have hampered the 49ers as Christian McCaffrey has missed most of the season. They were 5-4 after nine games and were still in the mix in the NFC West, but they have lost six of their last seven games. Their lone win came back in Week 14 when they whipped the Chicago Bears 38-13. Last week they nearly upset the Detroit Lions, but they couldn’t stop their offense and lost 40-34. Brock Purdy has thrown for 3,864 yards and 20 touchdowns, but he has thrown 12 interceptions.
