No. 1 QB picks Caleb Williams and Kyler Murray face off when the Arizona Cardinals host the Chicago Bears in Week 9.
It is unlikely that there will be a tougher loss by any team all season than the one that the Chicago Bears are coming off of. That Hail Mary by Jayden Daniels and the Commanders is one that not many can easily get over. No Bears fan needs reminding but Chicago lost to Washington last week 18-15 even though the team went up by three with 25 seconds remaining in the game after Roschon Johnson scored on a one-yard run and Caleb Williams converted the two-point conversion to Cole Kmet to go up by three. It was an amazing finish to a game between the top two picks in the 2024 draft. Daniels and company had one last play and the Bears were just not prepared with DB Tyrique Stevenson taunting Commanders fans during the play. After Daniels threw it, Stevenson actually tipped the ball to Noah Brown to complete the improbable 52-yard pass that Daniels had to scramble forever to even get the ball in the air. Chicago fell to 4-3 ending a three-game winning streak in the process and are the 1.5-point underdogs on the road this afternoon.

The Cardinals are turning it around with a chance to win three in a row and four of their last five games. Arizona is coming off a big 28-27 win against the Miami Dolphins. Kyler Murray is back to playing great ball coming off a 307-yard game with two touchdowns. Murray led two drives in the fourth to pull off the comeback after trailing by 11 points. Arizona trailed most of the game but now at the top of the NFC West race in a very tight division. Being at home should be a slight advantage in this battle against two No. 1 overall draft picks at QB.
