Week 14 in the NFL wraps up with the Cincinnati Bengals visiting the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night.
Do the Dallas Cowboys (5-7) have a late playoff push in them? That’s the question the team will answer down the stretch of the NFL season. After a poor start the Cowboys have won two games in a row, upsetting the Washington Commander 34-26 on the road two weeks ago, before beating the New York Giants 27-20 at home on Thanksgiving in their most recent game. Those wins have kept their slim playoff hopes alive, but they’ll need to keep winning to keep the door open. That starts this week with the Cowboys back at home hosting the Cincinnati Bengals (4-8).

The Bengals come in trying to put an end to a three-game losing streak against three tough opponents – the Baltimore Ravens, Los Angeles Chargers, and Pittsburgh Steelers. That’s after they got to 4-5 after going 3-1 in the four weeks prior.
Offensively the Bengals have been clicking during the last month, averaging 35 points per game in their last four, but defensively they’ve allowed 34.3 points per game in that same stretch.
Cincinnati’s defensive issues could set up a ‘get right game’ for the Cowboys in this one. Quarterback Cooper Rush has started to settle in since taking over in early November after Dak Prescott suffered a season-ending injury, and he could take another step this week.
Kickoff from Arlington on Monday night is set for 8:00 p.m. ET. Catch the game on ESPN.
