A pair of AFC East rivals will take the field today as the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins clash. 

It should be a high-scoring game this afternoon to kick off the Week 9 slate, as the Buffalo Bills host the Miami Dolphins at Highmark Stadium. These AFC East opponents both have tremendous talent, but their seasons have gone very differently to this point. Even then, it should be a competitive game.

The Dolphins sit at 2-5 thus far, putting them in a cluster of teams well behind the Bills who lead the division. Miami has lost two games in a row and has won just one of three games on the road this season.

Conversely, the Bills are 6-2 and lead comfortably in the AFC East. This seems to be a year in which Buffalo can make a deep run, especially considering how much the rest of the division has struggled, which creates a cushion for them.
