Huberdeau leads the team with 20 goals and 39 points. Kadri is leading the team with 20 assists and is second in points with 38. The Flames will wrap up their home stand this weekend against the Seattle Kraken and San Jose Sharks before hitting the road for six straight.

The Avalanche come into Thursday looking to avoid a second straight loss after they fell to th Canucks 3-0 on Tuesday. it was the third straight shutout game they played in as they held both the St. Louis Blues and Philadelphia Flyers without a goal in two straight wins previously.

The loss on Tuesday dropped the Avalanche to 31-22-2 and has them two points back of the Minnesota Wild in the Central Division standings. They are currently in fourth place in the division and sitting in the first wild card spot in the Western Conference.
