That was a dominant game for Blues center Robert Thomas, who had three points on a goal and two assists. One of his assists came on the game winning goal in overtime, which was scored by defenseman Colton Parayko about halfway through the extra period. For Calgary, defenseman MacKenzie Weegar scored a goal and an assist in that one.

The Flames come into this game riding a three game winning streak. Their most recent game was on Monday, in the first half of what is a back-to-back. They beat the Chicago Blackhawks 5-2, behind two first period goals from center Jakob Pelletier.
