In the Florida Panthers’ final tune-up game before their title defense begins, they visit the Los Angeles Kings to wrap up preseason.
For the 2024 Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers (4-3-0), it’s almost time to defend their title. They have one preseason game left to get ready to defend their crown. That game comes Saturday night on the West Coast when they visit the Los Angeles Kings (4-0-1) at Crypto.com Arena. This is also the final preseason game for the Kings, who finished last year with 99 points but lost 4-1 in the first round of the NHL playoffs to the Edmonton Oilers. The Panthers last played on Wednesday, when they went to overtime against the Tampa Bay Lightning. They won that game 2-1 in overtime – their second overtime game of the preseason. They also had a 5-4 OT win over the Carolina Hurricanes last week.
