The Vegas Golden Knights look to widen the gap above the red-hot St. Louis Blues in the wild card chase on Monday.
Sitting four points clear in the Western Conference wild card standings, the Vegas Golden Knights open a four-game road trip Monday in St. Louis as they face-off against the Blues. The Golden Knights have won three of their last four games overall and three of the last four meetings against St. Louis while the Blues have six wins in their last seven games but have lost three in a row at home to Vegas. St. Louis is just outside of the playoffs and is in danger of missing the postseason for the second year in a row after four consecutive trips to the playoffs including its 2019 Stanley Cup victory.
