The Jets have won four of these six games by multi-goal margins, with overtime wins bookending the current streak. That includes their most recent game, which was Saturday against the Washington Capitals to wrap up a three game Northeast road trip. Defenseman Josh Morrissey scored twice in that game – including the game winner in overtime – as the Jets came out on top 5-4.

In total the Jets are averaging 4.7 goals per game during this winning streak, while allowing just 2.2 goals per game. Saturday’s game was the first time they allowed more than two goals in a game in almost two weeks.

As for the Hurricanes, they come in having won six of their last eight games. However their most recent game was a loss as they fell 4-2 to the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday.

Tuesday night’s puck drop is set for 8:00 p.m. ET. Catch the game on FanDuel Sports Network South.
