Detroit’s leading scorer this year is left winger Lucas Raymond, who has 63 points in 60 games including a team-leading 41 assists. Right winger Alex DeBrincat leads the team with 29 goals on the year. He scored three goals total in the two most recent games against Columbus.

This will be the first of three meetings this year between the Hurricanes and Red Wings. Last year, the Hurricanes won all three of the matchups.
