The Florida Panthers continue their Northeast road trip against the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night.
With seven games to go, the Florida Panthers (47-23-5) are still chasing the top spots in both the NHL’s Atlantic Division and Eastern Conference. Entering play on Tuesday the Panthers sit in second place in the Atlantic, two points back of the Boston Bruins with the same amount of games played (and four back on the New York Rangers for the top spot in the East). The Panthers will get their shot at the Bruins head-to-head this weekend, but can help themselves out first as they continue on a Northeast road trip and play the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday. The trip began on Monday with a 6-4 loss to the Maple Leafs in Toronto.
