The Blackhawks look to snap a three-game losing streak on Friday night when they host the Predators
The Chicago Blackahwks welcome the Nashville Predators to town on Friday night looking to snap out of their funk. The Blackhawks come into Friday night on a three-game losing streak nad tey have lost 10 of thier last 12 games. Wednesday night they nearly got a win, but they fell to the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 in overtime. They trailed 3-1 halfway through the third period, but they got goals from Ryan Donato and Alec Martinez to sedn the game to overtime. Unfortunatley they couldn’t finish the comeback as Zach Hyman scored in the extra frame. The loss dropped the Blackahwks to 16-31-6 on the season and has them just two points up on the San Jose Sharks for the worst record in the NHL. The Blackhawks will hit the road on Saturday to take on the St. Louis Blues, but first want to find a way to get a big home win on Friday night.

The Predators, though, are wanting to come to town and get a win over the reeling Blackhawks.
The Predators are also struggling as they have lost five straight after winning five in a row. They now sit at 18-27-7 on the season and they are just five points up on the last place Blackhawks.
The Predators will go into the All-Star break with a game agianst the Buffalo Sabres at home. That game will be the first of five straight on their home ice.
