The Tampa Bay Lightning continue their three-game home stand on Thursday night when they take on the Buffalo Sabres. The Lightning come into Thursday red-hot as they have won nine of their last 10 games. They did trip up on the road against the Florida Panthers on Monday, but they bounced back to beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 6-2 on Tuesday. The win pushed their record to 36-21-4 on the season and has them in third place in the Atlantic Division with 76 points. They are three points back of the Panthers and Toronto Maple Leafs who are tied for first place in the division. They are 10 points up on the Detroit Red Wings for the last guaranteed playoff spot in the division. This will be their third game in four days, so fatigue may be a factor in the game for the Lightning.
