Thompson, a first round pick by St. Louis in the 2016 NHL Draft, posted a six-game goal streak in November, the longest goal streak of his career, and is now 12 goals away from becoming the 21st active American born player to surpass 200 career goals.

Flames veteran center Nazem Kadri leads the team with 18 assists so far this season with 11 of those assists coming in the last 10 games.
