Having already been eliminated from playoff contention the Chicago Blackhawks come into Saturday night’s home finale looking to spoil the Winnipeg Jets coronation, or at least delay it, as the Jets are one win away from clinching the Central Division and the number one seed in the Western Conference when the Stanley Cup Playoffs begin next weekend. The Jets have won 12 of their last 17 games since a three-game losing streak at the beginning of March as they aim for a three-game sweep of the Blackhawks and their 11^th win in 12 games against Chicago dating back to February of 2022 having won five of their last six trips to the United Center.

Led by goaltender Connor Hellebuyck, the Jets rank first in the NHL allowing just 2.29 goals per game having held six of their last eight opponents to two goals or less. Hellebuyck leads the league in wins, goals against average, save percentage and shutouts this season posting career highs in all those same categories.
