Heading into the extended stepladder finals, Andrew Anderson completed his near wire-to-wire lead at the 2025 tournament to secure the top seed. Anderson will be joined in Sunday’s championship round by three former U.S. Open champions: EJ Tackett, Chris Via and François Lavoie. Meanwhile, Anthony Simonsen, the 2022 U.S. Open champion, headlines the quintet of players vying for the final berth in the championship round. As the No. 5 qualifier, Simonsen will be the top seed for the first-part of the stepladder finals. Furthermore, Tom Daugherty, 18-year-old Landin Jordan, Kris Prather and last week’s champion Graham Fach also advanced.
