The Principal Charity Classic at the Wakonda Club on the south side of Des Moines, Iowa finishes up on Sunday. Heading into the final day of the competition, we’ve got a two-way tie for the lead at -14 between Rod Pampling and Ernie Els. One shot back is another tie between Bernhard Langer and Stephen Ames. Three players are tied for fifth at -12 in David Duval, Kevin Sutherland and Vijay Singh.

This star-studded lineup of golf veterans also finds Steven Alker tied for 11th, Stuart Appleby tied for 21st and David Toms tied for 53rd.
Wakonda Club has hosted this event since 2013. It was originally played at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines from 2011-2012, with a one-year sojourn to Tournament Club of Iowa in Polk City back in 2005.
Stephen Ames is the defending winner of this event, taking the title with a -17 last year.
