The Nashville Stampede (5-1) made Professional Bull Riding history with a fifth straight team win to start Freedom Days in Florida. They are off to a hot start this season, led by Alan de Souza, Ky Hamilton, Daniel Feitosa, Gustavo Luiz de Silva, Rogerio Silva Venanico, and Riquelmi Silva. They were tested against the Austin Gamblers (2-4), but pulled off a fifth straight win. The Texas Rattlers (3-1) bounced back after their first loss of the season. Both Nashville and Texas are two of the best teams in the PBR Bull Riding series this season.

The Florida Freedom (4-2) won their home opener to start Freedom Days over the Missouri Thunder (3-3). Through this point in the season, Nashville, Florida, and Texas are the three teams at the top of the standings in the PBR Bull Riding series.

Below those three are four teams currently 3-3 in the standings: the Arizona Ridge Riders, Missouri, the Carolina Cowboys, and the Oklahoma Wildcatters. Even further in the standings are the Austin Gamblers and Kansas City Outlaws at 2-4 and the New York Mavericks (1-5), who are still in search of their second win.

New York won its first game of the season to open up Freedom Days. They shocked Texas with a 348.7 to 91.35 victory. That could be the catalyst for New York to get on track this season.
