Both the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams have been a little suspect of late. After really good starts, both teams have lost in their last games that you'd expect them not to play so poorly in. For example, with the Seahawks, they traveled to Buffalo to play a good Bills team. It's nowhere near out of the question that the Bills could win but it's how they won that was perplexing for the Seahawks.
Quarterback Russell Wilson has been an MVP candidate all season but he played nothing like it against the Bills. The Seahawks had four turnovers. All came from Wilson as he threw two picks, fumbled twice and got sacked five times. The fact that they still put up 34 points and only lost by 10 is a testament to how good Wilson and the Seahawks have been.
They are going to have to tighten up against the Rams who are coming off a buy week and ready to take first place in the very tough NFC West away from the Seahawks. With a win at home against Seattle, they will have the same record (6-3) and have the tie-breaker to be leading the division. But they will need to play much better than their last game also when they lost to the Miami Dolphins. Granted the Dolphins are improving, but Los Angeles is a better team. Also it was rookie Tua Tagovailoa's NFL debut. Expect the Rams and Wilson to play much better in this one. Either way, this is most likely to be the best matchup of Week 10 in the NFL with two great divisional rivals vying for the top spot.

As for Wilson, his MVP candidacy has seemed to slip a bit in these last three weeks where the team has gone 1-2 after previously going 6-0. Wilson's touchdown to interception ratio used to be immaculate but has diminished. He now has thrown for 28 touchdowns which is first in the league. But he's pairing that with eight interceptions which is 30th in the league.
This offense is still elite and Wilson is still a front-runner in the MVP race but he will have to get back to his earlier season form in order to stop this recent losing skid. Wide Receiver D.K. Metcalf looks like he could be an all-time NFL great and one of the biggest steals of many recent drafts but the Seahawks are still going to need to get Russell Wilson more support.
There were rumors that they were interested in signing Antonio Brown after his suspension was up. Instead he signed with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This might be their biggest thing to address in the offseason. In the meantime, we can't wait to see one of the best offenses in the league square off against this tremendous Rams defense. Who will reign supreme on the field and ultimately in the NFC West? This is going to be a close one.
