French minnow Metz will host Paris Saint-Germain in one final battle between little and large this season. Watch live free on Fubo.
A place in the Ligue 1 relegation play-offs awaits Metz in a fortnight unless the top-flight minnow can bag the most unlikely of victories over freshly crowned champion Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday. The season draws to a close with the top and bottom places all but decided, though the very slightest shred of hope is available to Metz if it can do the unthinkable and beat PSG by just the 12 goals or so. In addition, the team destined for a relegation showdown would need Le Havre to lose its final-day fixture at home to Marseille on Sunday in what seems an almost impossible sequence of events.

PSG’s sorry spell of four games without a win came to an end at Nice on Wednesday when Luis Enrique’s side emerged as 2-1 victors on the French Riviera.
With the title already sewn up, the Spanish boss has decided to give some of his B stars the limelight of late, with French youngsters Bradley Barcola and Yoram Zague supplying the goals on this occasion.
The latter’s finish was especially poignant as he netted his first for the club on his 18th birthday, seeing in the occasion with style as he looks to earn another start at Metz.
Georges Mikautadze will be one to watch out for the host, meanwhile, in what will be one of his final appearances for the club before returning to parent club Ajax:
Mikautadze has been a light in the darkness for Metz despite the club’s struggles, with the 23-year-old netting a remarkable 13 goals in 19 appearances since joining on loan in January.
However, not even his heroics may be enough to keep them in Ligue 1, though the club can dream as it embarks on a farewell fixture against France’s reigning powerhouse.
