Real Madrid is looking to reinforce its place atop La Liga when it travels to Osasuna on Saturday. Watch the game live and for free on Fubo.

La Liga leader Real Madrid is hunting a sixth straight road win across all competitions when it travels to Osasuna on Saturday, aiming to beef up its cushion at the top of the standings. Los Blancos have already bagged one major victory on their travels this week after twice coming from behind to beat Manchester City 3-2 in the Champions League knockout phase play-offs. Osasuna, on the other hand, is targeting its first win in this rivalry since January 2011 and chasing revenge for the 4-0 result Real dished out when these teams met at the Santiago Bernabeu back in November.

Vicente Moreno’s men boast one of the better home records in La Liga so far this season but have managed to win just one of their last five games in front of their own fans.

A 2-1 victory over Real Sociedad recently brought to an end the club’s recent rut at the Estadio El Sadar, where Real happens to have triumphed in each of its last three visits.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side are seemingly in the mood on their travels, too, after Vinicius Junior dazzled in Manchester and teed up Jude Bellingham for a dramatic winner against City on Tuesday.

Real also had to come from behind to earn a share of the spoils in last Saturday’s Madrid derby at home to nemesis Atletico, where Kylian Mbappe snared the equalizer after Julian Alvarez’s breakthrough:

Los Blancos suffered a shock defeat at Espanyol a fortnight ago to give up some very valuable real estate in the title race, and Osasuna may fancy its chances of posing a threat as well.

However, the recent record between the two clubs paints a somewhat one-sided picture, which more often that not ends up depicting Real emerging on top.

A home win could be enough to lift Los Rojillos up to seventh in La Liga, while Real heads into this one with just a single point separating it from Atleti in second.
