Unbeaten since early December, Newcastle United looks for points in its sixth consecutive home match on Saturday as AFC Bournemouth heads to the northernmost stadium in the Premier League in search of its first win in six tries at St. James’ Park across all competitions. Bournemouth has collected points in six straight matches after settling for a 2-2 draw at Chelsea on Tuesday when The Cherries conceded a goal in the fifth minute of second half injury time. This is the return fixture of an August match that ended in a 1-1 draw, the fourth time in five matches the sides have ended level.

United forward Alexander Isak leads the club with 15 goals this season, riding an eight-game goal streak, having scored 11 times in that span. The 25-year-old Sweden native has scored 46 Premier League goals in three seasons with The Magpies and has accumulated 52 goals across all competitions since joining Newcastle in August of 2022.
Justin Kluivert recorded his team leading seventh goal of the season in Tuesday’s draw at Chelsea for his second goal in four matches and comes into this contest with each of his last six goals coming on away soil. Kluivert is in his second season with Bournemouth having scored seven goals in both campaigns.
