What You Need To Know About The Fubo/NBCU Contract Dispute

Fubo and NBCU (NBC Universal) have been in ongoing negotiations and are currently in a contract dispute, leading to all NBCU channels being blacked out on Fubo. We believe NBCU isn’t negotiating in good faith, and as such, we have created a post showing the facts over at the Fubo Transparency Center. Click here and read for yourself why Fubo is drawing the line in the dispute with NBCU.

In a nutshell, Fubo believes the consumer deserves cheaper, more flexible packages such as the low-priced ‘Fubo Sports’ option—that more accurately represent the channels customers want. NBCU, however, is allegedly negotiating in bad faith by blocking these cheaper alternatives and demanding Fubo bundle expensive non-sports channels.

Why Can’t I Watch NBCU Channels on Fubo?

Without a carriage agreement in place, NBCU is not allowing Fubo to air programming on any of their channels.

What Channels Are Included in the Fubo/NBCU dispute?

There are a total of 50 channels in the NBCU portfolio, including all of the NBC networks, Bravo, USA Network, Syfy, Telemundo and more. See an exhaustive list in the FAQ section of our facts page here.
