Muay Thai is a martial art form that uses stand-up striking, sweeps and various clinch technique and is often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs” due to the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. The style became widespread internationally in the late 20th and early 21st century and while not an Olympic sport, it is recognized by the International Olympic Committee.

The stadium has its own ranking system and championship titles up to the middleweight division (160 pounds) and is known as the Rajadamnern World Series. The venue hosts fight cards four nights a week, with special events such as the Parunchai-Wor.Sangprapai title fight scheduled on Saturdays.

The series includes 13 weight classes for men and two for women, with super welterweight champion Daniel SinbiMuay Thai the longest reigning title holder, taking the crown on June 1, 2022. Middleweight champ Petchmorakot Petchyindee Academy is the newest to ascend to the top of his weight class, winning the title on Nov. 16.
