UFC flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja will defend his title against Kai Asakura at UFC 310, which boasts a great prelim schedule.
Alexandre Pantoja will put his UFC flyweight title on the line against Kai Asakura on Saturday – but fans will want to ensure they don’t miss out on a stacked preliminary card at the T-Mobile Arena. Belal Muhammad was due to defend his UFC welterweight belt against Shavkat Rakhmonov at this event, but a bone infection in the former’s foot meant he has had to pull out one week before the card. The early prelim card will get underway at 6 p.m. ET, but the juiciest action of the night won’t get rolling until around 8 p.m. ET and features a four-fight slate with numerous combatants gunning for title runs.

Dominick Reyes vs. Anthony Smith
A light heavyweight bout between Dominick Reyes look to start a streak against Anthony Smith, having ended an almost five-year drought without a win earlier in 2024.
Fans were delighted to see Reyes return not just to fighting, but to another potential run at the light heavyweight title after being informed he could die from blood clots in his leg not long ago:
Smith, 36, has already fought twice in 2024 and submitted Vitor Petrino in May before losing to Roman Dolidze via decision in June, hoping to avoid recording back-to-back defeats for the first time since 2022-23.
Vicente Luque vs. Themba Gorimbo
Fan favorite Themba Gorimbo is looking to extend his winning streak in the UFC but will encounter mighty resistance from a promotional veteran in Vicente Luque.
The odds are finely split between the pair after ‘The Assassin’ has suffered three losses in his past four fights, including a pair of knockout defeats to Geoff Neal and more recently Joaquin Buckley.
Former welterweight title hopeful Luque could have one more run at the belt left in the tank, but he’ll need to upset the odds against Zimbabwean Gorimbo, who has won four in a row.
Movsar Evloev vs. Aljamain Sterling
Former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling once again suits up for prelim duties on Saturday as he’s handed the unenviable task of attempting to end Movsar Evloev’s undefeated career.
Evloev boasts a monstrous 18-0 record and has proved to be a decision machine in recent years, churning out eight consecutive wins via the judges since joining the UFC in 2019.
‘Funk Master’ bagged an impressive decision victory of his own after he returned from a year-long break with a win over Calvin Kattar in April, but upsetting the odds here is a far more dangerous pursuit.
Randy Brown vs. Bryan Battle
Opening the prelims is a heavily anticipated showdown between welterweights Randy Brown and Bryan Battle, each of whom are riding impressive unbeaten runs into Nevada this weekend.
‘Rude Boy’ Brown has racked up three straight wins and is looking to bag a spot in the rankings at 170lbs, having developed a knack for convincing the judges when it goes to the scorecards.
Battle, on the other hand, is coming off the back of a devastating knockout win over Kevin Jousset in September and faces the greatest test of his career to date.
