How to Watch Athletic Bilbao vs. Rangers: Stream Europa League Live, TV Channel

Athletic Bilbao and Rangers are evenly poised ahead of Thursday’s second leg in Europa League quarterfinals. Watch game live free on Fubo.

Athletic Bilbao plays host to Rangers on Thursday for the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final, with everything still to play for following an eventful 0-0 stalemate in last week’s opening salvo. Neither of the two teams could find the back of the net on that occasion in Glasgow, but the swashbuckling Spaniards will feel confident about their chances of changing that on home soil. Athletic hasn’t lost a fixture at home since mid-February and faces a Rangers outfit that is now three games without a win across all competitions as interim boss Barry Ferguson seeks a major upset.

Ibrox legend Ferguson hasn’t quite managed to capture the feel-good factor many fans were hoping for when he replaced Philippe Clement on temporary terms, though a first-leg draw with a club as capable as Athletic was heroic in its own ways.

Even more heroic was the 2-2 draw at Aberdeen on Sunday when Rangers came from behind to earn a point from the Scottish Premiership clash despite playing the last 50 minutes with 10 men.

It appeared Los Leones were wobbling in fourth after conceding early at home to Rayo Vallecano on Sunday, only for the Basque outfit to hit three unanswered goals in the second half:

The first leg might have even gone in Ranges’ favor were it not for Robin Propper receiving a straight red for the hosts after just 13 minutes.

The Dutch defender will miss the trip to the Basque Country as a result of his suspension, with John Souttar the natural replacement after he missed the opening leg with a ban of his own.

Mohamed Diomande is also back available after returning from a suspension of his own, while Ernesto Valverde hopes to have Yuri Berchiche back from injury after he missed the first leg.

    Regional restrictions may apply.
