The Fever is currently in second place in the Eastern Conference standings with a record of 2-1 so far this season, a far cry from where the team was just two hears ago when they finished the season at 13-27. The team’s most recent game was played against the Atlanta Dream and resulted in an 81-76 victory. Natasha Howard led the team offensively with 26 points while Kelsey Mitchell chipped in another 17 points. Caitlin Clark and Lexie Hull rounded out the double digit scorers with 11 and 10 points, respectively. The Dream shut down Caitlin Clark and held her to zero three-pointers made for the first time in her WNBA career.

The Liberty is sitting in first place in the Eastern Conference standings with a perfect 2-0 record. On Thursday night, the team took on the Chicago Sky, handing them their second straight loss of the 2025 season with a 99-74 win. Five players from the Liberty finished the game in double digits, led by Natasha Cloud who scored 18 points. Kennedy Burke and Sabrina Ionescu were right behind her with 17 and 16 points, respectively. Cloud also provided eight assists, narrowly missing out on a double-double in the win. She is leading the team this season with an average of 20 points per game. Jonquel Jones leads the team on the boards with an average of 8.5 rebounds per game.
