This season Napheesa Collier and Minnesota have built one of the best teams in the WNBA with grit, team play, defense and an identity around its star. They didn’t sign All-Stars and MVPs in the offseason to build a super team. Minnesota is just the third team in WNBA history to win 30-plus games in a season, surpassing the franchises previous record of 28 wins back in the 2016 season.
