In Commissioner’s Cup games this season Diggins is averaging 17 points and 5.2 rebounds per game, leading Seattle to three wins in five games. She will need another big game against Kelsey Plum and a motivated Los Angeles team vying for the upset.

Plum is having a career-best season in her first season with Los Angeles, averaging 20.9 points, 5.6 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game, all on track to be career-highs for the nine-year veteran.

Los Angeles remains shorthanded with Rae Burrell, Odyssey Sims and Cameron Brink all out of the lineup. That has allowed rookie Sarah Ashley Barker to get her first WNBA start in Los Angeles’ last game, finishing with four points and five rebounds in the loss.
