Haley Cavinder leads the Miami Hurricanes against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in women’s college basketball.

This season has been defined by two seven game stretches for Miami (13-8). The Hurricanes started the season with seven straight losses and looked to be a contender in the ACC led by Haley Cavinder. That was followed by a seven game losing streak in conference play that nearly tanked their season. Cavinder and company have rebounded with back-to-back wins heading into this matchup with 20th ranked Georgia Tech (17-4) who have been up-and-down in conference play. This is a huge game for both teams as the Hurricanes try to earn their way back up the conference rankings and the Yellow Jackets look to maintain their Top 25 ranking.
