No. 19 Baylor (23-5) enters Saturday tied with TCU for first place in the Big 12 Conference at 13-2 and with seven straight wins. The Bears host Iowa State (19-9) at Foster Pavilion in Waco, Texas, on Saturday afternoon, with the Cyclones riding a four-game winning streak that has improved them to 10-5 in Big 12 play. Baylor is 14-1 at home while Iowa State has a 4-5 road mark and is 0-6 against ranked opponents this season.

In a key game in the Mid-American Conference, Ball State (20-6) looks to bounce back from its first conference loss of the season when it hosts Kent State (16-10) at Worthen Arena in Muncie, Indiana. The Cardinals are 12-1 in the MAC, leading Toledo and Buffalo by two games with five games remaining. The Golden Flashes have lost their last two and are at 8-5 in conference play, tied with Miami (Ohio) for fourth place.

The Bears took care of business on Wednesday night, taking an 84-62 win at Colorado after taking a 38-point lead into the fourth quarter. Bella Fontleroy scored 21 points and Jada Walker added 17. With leading scorer and rebounder Darianna Littlepage-Buggs out with a knee injury, Aaronette Vonleh is the top option at 13.4 points per game, with Sarah Andrews netting 11.2 points a night, Walker averaging 11.1 points and 5.5 assists and Fontleroy posting 9.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per contest.

The Cyclones also won on Wednesday, claiming a 64-53 victory over visiting Houston. Kelsey Joens had 13 points, Addy Brown finished with 12 points, 12 rebounds and six assists and Audi Crooks also dropped in 12 points. Crooks averages 22.6 points and 7.6 rebounds and Brown puts up 14.9 points, 7.6 boards and 5.2 assists per game.

Iowa State has won the last four meetings in a series that has been dominated by Baylor, 34-13.

Ball State got as close as two in the fourth quarter of its 70-66 loss at Toledo on Wednesday. Alex Richard poured in 33 points, with Madelyn Bischoff and Lachelle Austin each adding 10. Richard averages 15.1 poins and 7.1 rebounds, with Ally Becki putting up 15.0 points and 6.2 assists per game.

Kent State took its second straight loss on Wednesday, dropping a 76-70 decision at Buffalo after leading heading into the final quarter. Jenna Batsch and Mya Babbitt scored 17 points each and Janae Tyler grabbed 10 rebounds. Batsch gets 16.5 points per game, Babbitt drops 12.3 points a night and Bridget Dunn averages 8.4 points and 9.6 boards.

The Cardinals won the first meeting at Kent State on Jan. 15 by a 66-57 count, while the Giolden Flashes lead the all-time series 42-26.

The only other women’s college basketball game on Fubo on Saturday features a Big Ten Conference matchup, with Penn State (10-16) visiting Michigan (18-8). The game tips off at noon ET on the Big Ten Network.
