They opened up December with a Thanksgiving Tournament, beating Quinnipiac before losing their only game of the season against Vanderbilt at home in the SEC/ACC Challenge by 18 points. They won two games to open the season before losing to former No. 15-ranked West Virginia. They struck three more wins after that before losing three games to close out the month.

They opened December with a loss against Duquesne before beating Saint Peter’s in their last game by eight points. Khadija Faye led the team in that win, dropping 24 points. She leads the team in scoring this season, averaging 17.8 points and 10.8 rebounds. She is the only player averaging double figures.
