Aziaha James scored 20 points while Hayes finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds and Tilda Trygger snared 13 boards. James gets 17.2 points per game, Zoe Brooks puts in 12.8 points a night and Hayes averages 9.8 points and 6.6 rebounds.
The Orange trailed 32-9 after one period en route to a 92-51 drubbing at Boston College on Sunday. Sophie Burrows was their lone player in double figures with 15 points. Georgia Woolley scores 15.1 points per game and Kyra Wood averages 11.0 points and 6.7 rebounds.
The Wolfpack are 12-4 all-time against Syracuse with eight straight wins, including a 75-71 overtime win at home on Feb. 29. Wes Moore is 287-92 in his 12th season at NC State while Felicia Legette-Jack has a 51-32 mark in her third year with the Orange.
