A top-10 matchup will take place in women’s basketball on Saturday as USC hosts Notre Dame. Watch live for free on Fubo.

Two of the best teams in the nation will meet on Saturday evening as No. 3 USC hosts No. 6 Notre Dame at the Galen Center in Los Angeles. Both teams come into Saturday night’s game with an undefeated record and only one will be able to hold onto it. The Fighting Irish bring a record of 4-0 into the top ten clash with the most recent win being a 91-55 blowout against Lafayette on Sunday. Hannah Hidalgo had a strong showing, leading all scorers with 29 points in the win. Olivia Miles also broke the 20-point threshold with an even 20 points to go along with 11 rebounds for a double-double. Kate Koval was an absolute monster on the boards, pulling down a game-high 19 rebounds and adding 11 points to the stat sheet for a double-double.

The Trojans are also 4-0 on the season and have one ranked win under their belts already this year. The team opened the season with a game against No. 20 Ole Miss and were able to sneak out a narrow 68-66 win. USC has not been challenged since, however, and have beaten each of their other three opponents by 30 or more points.

Last Friday, the Trojans hosted Santa Clara and won handily in an 81-50 victory. JuJu Watkins led USC in scoring with 22 points, but Kiki Iriafen was right behind her, finishing the game with 20 points. Iriafen pulled down seven rebounds to lead her team on the boards. Defensively, the team played well, pulling down 23 defensive rebounds and pulling off 14 steals. The Trojans used those opportunities to produce 18 fast break points in the lopsided win.

Notre Dame and USC have met 10 times in their programs’ histories with the most recent meeting being an 80-58 win for Notre Dame in 2011 in the Bahamas. Tune in Saturday evening to see which of these two teams is able to hold on to their unbeaten streak.
