Fourth-ranked LSU look to remain undefeated this season against Seton Hall in women’s college basketball.

This season LSU (12-0) is off to another great start winning each of its first 12 games four the fourth straight season. The Tigers have been utterly dominant winning nine games by at least 14 points and 10 games by double-figures already. That dominance starts with an overwhelming offense that is second in the country in points per game led by a dynamic trio of Flau’jae Johnson, Aneesah Morrow and Mikaylah Williams. Those three have the offense humming heading into this home game against Seton Hall (8-2). The Pirates have won four straight games building momentum leading into what could be the teams biggest test of the non-conference season.

During this winning streak the Pirates have allowed just 50.7 points per game to opponents. None of those offenses have the firepower or athleticism of this Tigers team, but it will be their defense that gives them a chance at one of the biggest upsets in program history.

That is easier said than done. This season the Tigers are built around Morrow, who is a metronome in the paint. She is averaging 18.0 points, 13.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game on 52.7% shooting from the field. Morrow has double-doubles in all but two games this season and has 32 double-doubles in 49 games since transferring to the Tigers.

On the perimeter Johnson is having her best season in her junior year averaging 22.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.6 steals per game. She has paired with Williams who is averaging 16.2 points per game to make up one of the best backcourts in the country.
