No. 4 USC (16-1) rides a 12-game winning streak as it visits Indiana (12-5) at Assembly Hall in Bloomington on Sunday. The Trojans are one of three teams at 6-0 in Big Ten Conference play while the Hoosiers fell to 4-2 with a loss at home on Thursday night. USC reached the Sweet Sixteen in last spring’s NCAA tournament and have played in the tourney each of the last two seasons. Indiana also got to the Sweet Sixteen and has a run of four consecutive NCAA appearances.

USC last played on Jan. 12 after Wednesday’s home game against Northwestern was postponed due to the devasting fires in Los Angeles. Sophomore star JuJu Watkins leads the team, scoring 25.5 points per game, while Kiki Iriafen gets 18.6 points and 8.6 rebounds a night and Rayah Marshall averages 7.8 points, 8.8 boards and 2.2 blocks.

The Hoosiers fell into a double-digit hole early and never recovered in a 68-54 loss to visiting Illinois on Thursday night. Chloe Moore-McNeil, Sydney Parrish and Shay Ciezki each scored 13 points in the loss. Yarden Garzon leads the team at 13.9 points per game, with Ciezki netting 12.1 points per outing and Parrish averaging 10.2 points and 5.8 rebounds.

The programs have met just once previously, with the Trojans claiming a 99-53 win at the old Los Angeles Sports Arena on Dec. 5, 1985. Lindsay Gottlieb is 78-33 in her fourth season at USC while Teri Moren has a 239-104 mark in her 11th year at Indiana.
