The Bluejays come off a 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-18) sweep at Marquette on Thursday night. Ava Martin weighed in with 20 kills while Annalea Maeder made 11 digs and served four aces. Kiara Reinhardt and Jaya Johnson each notched four blocks and Sydney Breissinger combined 13 digs with two aces.

DePaul last played on Sept. 27, beating visiting Providence in straight sets, 25-23, 25-20, 25-19. Kendall Timme paced the attack with 14 kills and added 14 digs while Luisa Juncu put down two aces. Eva Hurrle made 17 digs, with Katelynn Oxley and Meghan Scholz each recording two blocks.

The Blue Demons have lost 27 straight matches to Creighton since winning the first meeting between the teams on Aug. 31, 2001. Last season, the Bluejays swept three matches, including a 3-0 victory in the Big East tournament.
