Undefeated Creighton travels to Lincoln to take on Nebraska for a great in-state rivalry matchup Tuesday night.
The vibes may be up for Nebraska football, but the volleyball team is still the best team on campus as it takes on Creighton for an in-state rivalry on Tuesday. The Cornhuskers are ranked No. 5 nationally with a 5-1 record. The Huskers only lost two matches last season but ultimately dropped one in the National Championship to longtime rival Texas. This matchup will be the last as part of the Husker Invitational where Nebraska has swept The Citadel and Montana State. It has been a nice bounce back for the Huskers who were swept themselves for their first loss of the season in a road match against SMU in Dallas last week. Getting back home has done wonders for Nebraska, but facing off against this No. 9 Creighton team is going to be a completely different ball game.

The Bluejays are undefeated on the season with a 5-0 record to start the year. Their biggest win of the season came just a few days ago against No. 20 USC as part of the Creighton Classic when the Bluejays won 3-1. They swept Kansas State at home in their last match as part of this tournament.
