The Cardinals are coming off a huge win over the third ranked team in the country in its last match taking down Wisconsin 3-1 to build momentum for today.

The Cardinals have found the most success in women’s college volleyball as a school over the last three years. For the Nittany Lions, they started off the season with wins over the Vols (3-1) and Temple (3-0). They followed the lead of their opponents today by winning six straight sets after losing the opening set of the season, showcasing just how formidable they are going to be this season as one of the staples in this sport.
