The Wisconsin Badgers hit the road on Sunday night to take on the Michigan Wolverines. The Badgers come to Ann Arbor on a six-game winning streak and fresh off a four-set win over No. 11 Oregon on Friday night. The Badgers now sit at 12-4 overall and 6-1 in the Big Ten. They dropped their first conference match in five sets to rival Minnesota, but have been great in the last six matches as they have lost just one total set. They continue to prove they are one of the best teams in the country and are ranked ninth in the latest poll. Sunday’s match is the first of three straight away from Madison and they are looking to get the trip started off right with a win over a Michigan team that is coming off two straight wins.

The Wolverines are having a bounce-back year after winning just seven matches last season.
They already have 15 wins this year and come into Sunday 15-3 on the season. Two of those losses have come in the Big Ten to USC and Illinois.
Since the loss to the Fighting Illini they have played well in beating rival Ohio State in four sets and Washington in straight sets on Friday night.
Their win over the Huskies was close despite the Wolverines sweeping them. They won 27-25, 25-23, 25-20. It was a big home win for the Wolverines, but it gets much tougher on Sunday against a very good Badgers team.
