We Were Strangers
When her brother is murdered, China Valdez (Jennifer Jones) swears revenge on the corrupt Cuban government he had been protesting. She joins the resistance led by Tony (John Garfield), an American with a plan that promises devastating results to their enemies. First they'll kill a government official, then plant a bomb at the funeral, which will wipe out the dead man's associates when it explodes. All they need to do is to dig an underground tunnel from China's house to the cemetery next door.
First Men in the Moon
Around the turn of the 20th century, Joseph Cavor (Lionel Jeffries), a brilliant British scientist, creates his own spacecraft and takes a trip to the moon, accompanied by explorers Arnold Bedford (Edward Judd) and Kate Callender (Martha Hyer). After landing, they encounter an insect-like alien race that lives under the moon's surface, which has an air-like atmosphere. After glimpsing the extraterrestrial society, the group must soon escape back to Earth.
The Happy Time
A large French-Canadian family suddenly expands when father Jacques (Charles Boyer) invites an out-of-work magician's assistant to be their live-in maid. At the same time, charming ladies' man Uncle Desmond (Louis Jourdan) comes back to town to replace a sales manager who has died, and subsequently begins a romance with the new maid. Jacques' son Bobby watches these interactions with confused curiosity as he makes the tough transition from boyhood to adolescence.

In the 1950s American South, the vicious and conniving Eva Phillips (Joan Crawford) makes the lives of those around her miserable -- especially her husband, Avery (Barry Sullivan), who resorts to heavy drinking and becomes an alcoholic. Society girl Victoria Stafford (Ginger Rogers) garners a reputation for leaving men at the altar. Getting engaged for a fourth time, Victoria believes she's found the right man -- until on a train she has a strange dream about a Native American who claims that he is her true love. Awakening, Victoria is startled to find the dream man, George (Cornel Wilde), who claims to really exist, while also being a figment of her imagination. Back at home, George guides Victoria to a startling discovery.

The Running Man
When pilot Rex Black (Laurence Harvey) destroys his plane in a crash the day after his insurance policy expires, the insurance company refuses to give him any money. To strike back at the agency, Rex fakes his death, changes his identity and escapes to Spain, with 50,000 pounds in life insurance money. His wife (Lee Remick) joins him in Spain, but when an insurance investigator (Alan Bates) arrives unexpectedly, Rex's paranoia causes him to flee again.
