Ten Cents a Dance
Barbara O'Neill (Barbara Stanwyck) is a poor dance hall girl who catches the eye of the wealthy Bradley Carlton (Ricardo Cortez). However, Barbara has feelings for her neighbor Eddie Miller (Monroe Owsley). After Eddie proposes to her, she says yes, and even secures a job for him from Bradley. Soon, though, Eddie has racked up deep gambling debts and even been unfaithful. Barbara continues to support him, but after he lashes out in jealousy she thinks maybe she should have chosen Bradley.

High-spirited Irish immigrant Marty Maher (Tyrone Power) is an awkward misfit at West Point until he's taken in as an assistant by kindly athletic director Capt. Herman J. Koehler (Ward Bond). When college buddies Ronnie (Kerwin Mathews) and Roy (Alvy Moore) are briefly detained by the Reno police in association with a casino robbery, Ronnie becomes obsessed with figuring out how to plan the perfect heist. At first it is a strictly intellectual exercise, but when the emotionally disturbed Korean War vet Brick (Brian Keith) gets involved, the friends -- including straitlaced Al (Guy Madison) and his nightclub-singer girlfriend, Kaye (Kim Novak) -- have to pull the job for real.

At a national park in Kenya, English game warden George Adamson (Bill Travers) and his wife, Joy (Virginia McKenna), care for three orphaned lion cubs. After the two larger lions are shipped off to a zoo in the Netherlands, the smallest of the three, Elsa, stays with the couple. When Elsa is blamed for causing an elephant stampede in the nearby village, head warden John Kendall (Geoffrey Keen) demands the young lion either be trained to survive in the wilds of the Serengeti or be sent to a zoo.

Berserk
As the co-owner and ringmaster of a traveling circus, Monica Rivers (Joan Crawford) is always preoccupied with filling seats. Following the accidental death of a tightrope walker, Rivers is pleased to see her profits increase and callously unconcerned with the demise of her employee -- in fact, she soon hires handsome Frank Hawkins (Ty Hardin) to replace him. But when several more performers meet gruesome deaths, it becomes apparent they are no accidents, and there's a killer on the loose.
Sahara
Set in the Libyan desert in 1942 where a group of American soldiers become isolated in their tank during the retreat to El Alamein. As they drive across the desert they pick up a group of Allied stragglers, but with their supplies of fuel, food and water running low, they try to reach a desert fortress, but a large German detachment is also heading there.
The Guns of Navarone
In 1943, a small commando team is sent to destroy huge German guns on the Greek Island of Navarone in order to rescue Allied troops trapped on Kheros. Led by British Major Franklin (Anthony Quayle), the team includes American Mallory (Gregory Peck), Greek resistance fighter Stavros (Anthony Quinn) and reluctant explosives expert Miller. Facing impossible odds, the men battle stormy seas and daunting cliffs. When Franklin is injured, Mallory takes command, and personal enmities spill over.
