Hollywood Round-Up

Kindly, fading star Carol Stevens (Helen Twelvetrees) accepts a role in a two-bit Western movie and arrives for an on-location shoot in a small town. When Stevens has words with her pompous co-star, Grant Drexel (Grant Withers), Drexel's stuntman, Buck Kennedy (Buck Jones), steps in to defend her. Kennedy's honorable gesture costs him his job. After a group of gangsters posing as a film crew frames the newly unemployed Kennedy for the robbery of a local bank, he must struggle to clear his name.

Alvarez Kelly

Alvarez Kelly (William Holden) is a Mexican cattle rancher who is doing his best to stay out of the Civil War. He has no interest in which side may win or lose -- Kelly is far more concerned about his own survival, and about making money. He soon finds himself in the middle of the conflict, however, when a confederate colonel (Richard Widmark) captures the rancher and forces Kelly to help his soldiers steal a nearby herd of cattle, which they desperately need for food.

Snake River Desperadoes

The Durango Kid (Charles Starrett) squares off against men who are trying to ignite a war between whites and American Indians.

Savage Wilderness

Jed Cooper (Victor Mature), a trapper, enlists as an army fort scout, and shortly after meets and falls for Corinna Marston (Anne Bancroft), the wife of a nearby fort's commander. Jed comes across her husband, Col. Marston (Robert Preston), after he's suffered an attack at the hands of Native Americans. Col. Marston forces the captain of Jed's fort, Glenn Riordan (Guy Madison), to send out Jed and the troops to fight his attackers, despite their lack of battle experience.

Prairie Schooners

Wild Bill Hickok (Bill Elliott) and his pal (Dub Taylor) take a wagon train through Indian country.

Hangman's Knot

Major Matt Stewart (Randolph Scott) leads a troop of Confederate soldiers on a raid, targeting a wagon that is transporting Union gold. All of the Union soldiers are killed except for one, who informs Stewart that the war had already ended a month ago. Stewart leads the troop into hiding, knowing they could face murder charges. After capturing a coach driven by nurse Molly Hull (Donna Reed), the soldiers try to evade a group of bandits chasing them to steal the gold.

Gunman's Walk

Rancher Lee Hackett (Van Heflin) spends so much time trying to keep the violent streak of his son Ed (Tab Hunter) in check, he neglects the needs of his other son Davy (James Darren). When Ed's temper results in the death of an innocent Native American, Lee tries his best to cover his son's tracks by making a deal with unscrupulous horse trader Jensen (Ray Teal), who falsely testifies on Ed's behalf. But it becomes clear that Ed can't change, and a shootout between father and son ensues.

Reprisal!

Frank Madden (Guy Madison), who is part Native American but passes as white, purchases a ranch in the small town of Kendall, Okla. When Frank moves in, he finds that the bigoted townspeople have recently let three brothers, who are also his neighbors, get away with the lynching murder of innocent Native Americans. As tensions between the townspeople and local Native Americans rise, Hank becomes torn between fighting against injustice and keeping his true identity a secret.
