Go West, Young Lady
A vicious outlaw called Pecos Pete (Onslow Stevens) has long tormented the peaceful residents of a small frontier town. So these desperate people hire a dedicated new sheriff, Tex Miller (Glenn Ford), to bring this ruffian to justice. But, for all his determination, Tex is tricked by Pete and led into an ambush. Ultimately, it is the wily and brassy transplant Belinda "Bill" Pendergast (Penny Singleton) who uncovers Pete's true identity and plots a way to run him out of town once and for all.
The Nevadan
On his way to jail, bandit Tom Tanner (Forrest Tucker) escapes the law and is pursued by Andy Barclay (Randolph Scott), a federal marshal who believes that Tanner will lead him to a stash of stolen gold. Barclay changes horses at the ranch of Karen Galt (Dorothy Malone), planting the seeds of romance before following Tanner to a mine shaft where the stashed loot is hidden. But a gang of outlaws who also want the gold then arrives, forcing Tanner and Barclay to team up and fend them off together.
Battle of Rogue River
A cavalry major (George Montgomery) makes peace with Indians despite an agitator (Richard Denning) working for carpetbaggers.
Apache Territory
A drifter crossing the Arizona desert routs a band of marauding Apaches and rescues the young survivor of a massacre.
Renegades
Hannah Brockway (Evelyn Keyes) has a perfect fiancé in Dr. Sam Martin (Willard Parker). Sam, who is respected by Hannah's family, is a noble man who cares for her and can make a good living in their frontier town. Yet Hannah craves adventure and finds it when she meets dashing Ben Dembrow (Larry Parks), the youngest of a notorious crime family. Together Ben and Hannah set off to forge a new life, but prejudice and strangling family ties soon bring trouble to these newlyweds.
The Gun That Won the West
Superior Springfield rifles help scouts (Dennis Morgan, Richard Denning) and the cavalry get forts built in Wyoming.
The Stranger Wore a Gun
A man whose life was saved by an outlaw shows his gratitude by reluctantly assisting in a stagecoach robbery.
Jack McCall, Desperado
A lone gunslinger, Jack McCall (George Montgomery), bursts into a saloon and shoots dead the legendary Wild Bill Hickok (Douglas Kennedy). Arrested and put on trial, McCall recounts a twisted tale that paints Hickok as anything but heroic, explaining how Hickok and McCall's cousin Bat (James Seay) took over McCall's family's plantation, killed his parents and even framed him for crimes he didn't commit. McCall's cold-blooded killing of Hickok was warranted. Or was it?
