The brother of Yazeed Essa's alleged fixer took the stand. Prosecutors wanted to expose the alleged ring that was orchestrated to help Yazeed flee the country and relocate to avoid extradition. It allegedly took a number of people and secret operations to help Yazeed Essa flee the U.S. and finally settle in Lebanon. After a nearly two-year international manhunt ensued, the defendant was captured.

His defense and several witnesses confirmed that Essa had numerous affairs while married to Rosemarie.
