Hosted by Liam Charles and Stacey Solomon, 'Bake Off: The Professionals' welcomes professional pastry chefs, some of whom have experience of working for some of the United Kingdom's top hotels, restaurants and businesses, to compete in a series of baking challenges. From intricately designed miniatures, to show-stopping tarts and cakes, judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin make sure the teams use all of their skills to produce a variety of delicious desserts, knowing that failure to do so can result in elimination from the competition.
