The Rounders

Ben Jones (Glenn Ford) and Howdy Lewis (Henry Fonda) are cowboys who spend their days breaking horses and flirting with two sisters (Kathleen Freeman, Joan Freeman). When Ben and Howdy trade Ol' Fooler, an unbreakable horse, for corn liquor, the client returns the horse after it passes out from drinking whiskey. The cowboys grow fond of Ol' Fooler and, knowing that he is nearly impossible to ride, enter the horse in the rodeo hoping to make their fortune.

Tough trapper Flint Mitchell (Clark Gable) is a tenacious survivor in the unforgiving wilderness of the West. Determined to stay on the good side of the local Blackfoot tribe, Flint is intent on marrying Kamiah (Maria Elena Marques), the beautiful daughter of Ironshirt (Ricardo Montalban) -- especially since this union would allow him to freely pursue his trade in the region. When new secretary Juliet (Barbara Feldon) is hired on, Fitzwilly's life gets even more complicated.

Christmas Eve

Matilda Reid (Ann Harding) is in danger of being declared senile at the urging of her nephew, Phillip (Reginald Denny). To keep him from controlling her estate, Matilda must find her three adopted sons, who left home long ago. One of them, Michael (George Brent), lives in New York, where he's incurred a $75,000 debt. Another, fugitive Mario (George Raft), is hiding in South America. The last, Jonathan (Randolph Scott), is a small-time cowboy. All three must come home to save Matilda's fortune.

Tomorrow

In 1930s Mississippi, lonely Jackson Fentry (Robert Duvall) lives by himself as the sole caretaker of a sawmill. One day, close to the property, he discovers a young woman, Sarah Eubanks (Olga Bellin), who is three months pregnant. Since she was abandoned by both her husband and her family, Jackson takes her in. The two fall in love and get married just before her death. Jackson raises the child as his own, until the boy's uncles arrive to demand he be returned to the family.
