Come Back, Little Sheba
Two decades after their hasty wedding, Doc (Burt Lancaster) and Lola (Shirley Booth) are stuck in a deadening and loveless marriage. Doc, who dropped out of medical school when Lola got pregnant, blames Lola for the loss of his life's dream. Lola, who never recovered emotionally from the miscarriage she suffered shortly after their wedding, still mourns the loss of her beloved dog, Sheba. When a beautiful young lodger (Terry Moore) enters their home, long-repressed emotions explode.

Kindly, fading star Carol Stevens (Helen Twelvetrees) accepts a role in a two-bit Western movie and arrives for an on-location shoot in a small town. When Stevens has words with her pompous co-star, Grant Drexel (Grant Withers), Drexel's stuntman, Buck Kennedy (Buck Jones), steps in to defend her. Kennedy's honorable gesture costs him his job. After a group of gangsters posing as a film crew frames the newly unemployed Kennedy for the robbery of a local bank, he must struggle to clear his name.

Rancher Clay Hardin (Errol Flynn) has discovered that local saloon owner Roy Stuart (Paul Kelly) is selling cattle that doesn't belong to him, including some of Clay's own stolen stock. Armed with a tally book that proves it, Hardin now finds himself the target of Stuart's posse of gunslingers, who will stop at nothing to prevent Hardin from delivering the evidence to the proper authorities. With no one to help him except a few of his friends, Hardin has to fight for his cattle, and his life.

When the highly respected British statesman Sir Thomas More (Paul Scofield) refuses to pressure the Pope into annulling the marriage of King Henry VIII (Robert Shaw) and his Spanish-born wife, More's clashes with the monarch increase in intensity. A devout Catholic, More stands by his religious principles and moves to leave the royal court. Unfortunately, the King and his loyalists aren't appeased by this, and press forward with grave charges of treason, further testing More's resolve.
